The M.G. Hall Team
It takes something special to make your project a great experience with the result you want, and M.G. Hall has that special team! Our crew is friendly (so don’t get too attached!), clean-cut, conscientious and helpful. Our employees are long term, permanent people who have been with the company between 4 and 25 years. These carpenters are the best in the business and most have their Construction Supervisor Licenses so are able to handle situations as they arise.

The M.G. Hall day begins at 7:00 am and goes to 3:30 pm, rain or shine. We don’t stop until we’ve accomplished the day’s goals and the customer is happy. When the project is adding a second floor, we work long days until the roof is shingled again and your home is buttoned up.

Another key component to the M.G. Hall team is the specialty trade subcontractors we utilize. Our subs are also fully insured and manifest the same qualities as our employees. Most have been working with us for 15 years or more. It takes a lot of work to find the best, cultivate the relationship, and develop a strategy for working together that delivers the finished product our customers are looking for. M.G. Hall Contractors has invested the time in building that foundation.

Support to the field is essential, and our administrative team in the office is knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. From the initial site visits to the contract preparation, and through construction and the invoicing phase, our staff is available to address any questions or concerns.

Together we will make your project a positive experience with exactly the result you’re looking for!

The Process
Prospective customers come to us at a variety of stages of planning. Whether you have rough sketches or just the beginning of an idea for your project, we will help you articulate the scope of the project, conduct a site visit and provide a ballpark estimate, usually within 10% of the cost. This estimate will allow you, the homeowner, to decide whether the project is feasible. If you decide to proceed, architectural and structural plans will be required for the majority of projects. We will also gather more complete details of the project so that the proposal you receive from us will encompass every aspect of the project and reflect an exact cost. We generally furnish this detailed proposal within a two week timeframe and are more than willing to supply a list of references or give a tour of one of our previous projects if requested.
